LinqiApp is expanding its presence in the APAC region, with significant growth in countries such as Korea, India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. We’re excited to connect with even more users in these regions.

LinqiApp Team works to make English speaking practice fun by using social features and peer-learning model in language education, sustainable by building a strong learning habit with gamification design and available for everyone around the world to “Speak English Fast”.

Growth KPIs

  • In Q4 2024, LinqiApp’s product page was viewed nearly 75,000 times on both the App Store and Play Store. Throughout 2024, the total number of views exceeded 370,000, highlighting the growing interest and visibility of LinqiApp in app stores worldwide.

  • LinqiApp was downloaded over 150,000 times in 2024, bringing the total number of downloads to nearly 200,000. This milestone reflects our growing popularity and user base across both the App Store and Play Store.
  • LinqiApp is expanding its presence in the APAC region, with significant growth in countries such as Korea, India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. We’re excited to connect with even more users in these regions.
  • In Q4 2024, we reached an all-time high in our Activation Rate, achieving an impressive 58.97%. This milestone reflects our growing user engagement and satisfaction!

Marketing Efforts

  • In Q4 2024, LinqiApp reached 400,000+ people on social media, expanding our total reach to an impressive 5 million+ people throughout the year. This growth reflects the increasing interest in LinqiApp through our effective content marketing strategies.

  • LinqiApp proudly sponsored 100+ university club events, supporting the education of young university students.

  • We also partnered with 20+ DevFest events organized by local Google communities, empowering young and creative developers.
  • Additionally, LinqiApp was a sponsor of 5 TEDx events, contributing to local TEDx communities and inspiring thought-provoking talks.
  • Early this year in March 2024, our Marketing Team achieved a significant milestone by beating the global giant Duolingo and claiming the #1 App in the Education category on the App Store in the Philippines, among hundreds of thousands of mobile applications. Product Development

  • Our Product Team has introduced the Linqi Shop, a new feature that helps increase in-app purchases and monetization. Now, Linqians can use their Linqoins to buy items like Time Refill and SuperWaves to make their English learning experience even better.

  • We have developed a new product called Promo Codes which is integrated to LinqiApp. Due to App Store and Play Store restrictions, we couldn’t add new payment options and monetization strategies so we decided to develop a mini product to solve this issue. Now, our users can redeem promo codes directly on LinqiApp, get discounts and unlock exciting surprises.
  • Our new Recommendation Engine now supercharges matchmaking across features like Hallway, Wave, and Discover Co-learners with advanced AI and ML algorithms. Now, finding the perfect co-learner is faster, smarter, and more tailored to our users learning journey.
  • Our new AI Auto-Suspension system helps keep LinqiApp safe and friendly for everyone. If other users block, report, or give low ratings, the AI will check the user’s activity and suspend their account permanently. So, let’s chat friendly, play nice, follow the rules, and spread good vibes only!

Network & Events

  • Ercan Altuğ Yılmaz, a gamification pioneer in Türkiye, has joined LinqiApp as an Advisory Board Member! He will guide us in enhancing LinqiApp’s product gamification strategies, making it an even more engaging and interactive experience for our Linqians.
  • LinqiApp Co-Founders attended the GO! GLOBAL Summit Türkiye 2024, an initiative of the DEİK/TürkiyeU.S. Business Council (TAİK) Digital Working Group, which connects local ventures with leading global venture capital firms and private equity investors. We were excited to meet VCs and explore international investment opportunities.
  • LinqiApp was honored to be nominated as one of the 13 most successful startups with global scale-up potential by JCI Avrasya and accepted into Let’s Scale Up Acceleration Program, taking another step toward global growth.
  • Our Mind Behind Execution took the stage at the Eurasia Startup Summit by JCI Avrasya, passionately pitching LinqiApp to a distinguished audience of angel investors and venture capitalists. You can watch the Pitching video on Youtube and read the details on LinkedIn.
  • We successfully completed the Future Lab Acceleration Program and pitched LinqiApp to potential investors at Demo Day. This program was conducted in partnership with Youth Business International and Habitat Derneği (Association), with financial support from Standard Chartered Foundation.

  • LinqiApp Co-Founders took the stage at 10 different events, sharing their expertise and the journey of LinqiApp, inspiring young university students to start their own startups and become founders.
  • Our Co-Founders attended several key events, including Take-Off Istanbul, Big Bang Startup Challenge, IE Venture Istanbul Day, and DevFest Istanbul, where they met potential investors and pitched LinqiApp.
  • We had the opportunity to receive over 60 mentorship sessions in product, marketing, and growth from prominent and successful figures in the business world. These mentors, known for their expertise and achievements, shared valuable insights and strategies that helped us refine our approach and accelerate our growth.
